Booking the chettinad
Teachers generally request to reserve weeks 8-12 months in advance. Spring dates tend to go first, and quickly. Please send us your request early on, and if possible, let us know if alternative dates are possible.
Availability
Unavailable dates are marked (Reserved) on the calendar. We do not host retreats with a start date from 6 July through 16 August. All other dates are available. Retreat weeks begin on Saturday at 15.00 and end on Friday at 10.00.

Rental Rates : Provided upon request.
Terms and Conditions
To confirm your booking at The Chettinad, electronic signature of a contract and a 30% rental deposit are required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The contract is sent and signed electronically in a few clicks.
The balance payment is due no later than eight weeks prior to arrival at The Chettinad.
Refundable Security Deposit : 1500€
Cancellation Policy
Rental Deposit : The rental deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full Payments : For bookings paid in full and then cancelled, the following applies:
More than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat : 100% refund minus the deposit.
4 to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat : 50% refund minus the deposit.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat : No refund will be given.
It is advisable to take out travel insurance in the event that you are obliged to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
